Infant, Junior and Senior categories must present current document at the Ticket Office to accredit date of birth.

Holidays: Low, Special, Medium, High and Long Weekend.  Holidays on Friday and / or Monday are considered Long Weekends..

Beginner Lift Tickets: Valid only for Eros 1, Eros 2, Venus 1 and Venus 2 slopes.

University Lift Tickets: Actual documentation (Constancia de Alumno Regular), signed by the competent authority of the University must be presented in Box Office. No inscriptions, credentials or other documents are allowed.

Family Plan: The promotion is valid only for primary families (father, mother and children) who purchase lift tickets for 7 or 15 days. The lift ticket that will be rewarded will be the most economical, 4 or 5 members will receive 1 pass, 6 or more members will receive 2 liftickets. To obtain this benefit, the purchase must be made in the call center or in person and when collecting the lift tickets, the family bond must be accredited at the Ticket Office.
